EBS Real Estate Programme successfully re-accredited by RICS
The Master of Science in Real Estate and the contact study programme Real Estate Economics have been re-accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for 5 years.
EBS Universität's Master of Science in Real Estate and the part-time programme Real Estate Economics have been re-accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) following an on-site assessment on 9 October. Based on a detailed documentation of the curricula, the experts were able to convince themselves of the high quality and study conditions of the two real estate programmes in discussions with the faculty, lecturers and students.
The re-accreditation is valid for a period of 5 years. It provides students with the basic qualification for later recognition as a chartered surveyor, which also requires extensive professional consultancy experience in the property sector and urban development - an important milestone for prospective chartered surveyors in the international property industry.
This makes RICS accreditation one of the most important qualification standards for the international property industry.
