How to apply to EBS Universität
Your journey to EBS begins with your application. There are no deadlines for your application, so you can start any time you wish. Your first step towards your future is just a few clicks away.
The application: fast, easy and digital
Apply today for a place at EBS Universität, in just three simple steps, completely digitally via our application portal:
- Register with your e-mail address on the EBS application platform.
- Fill out the online application form and upload your CV and certificates.
- Send us your application. We will contact you to explain all further steps.
We recommend that you create an applicant account as soon as possible. You can temporarily save your application at any time and continue at a later date. It is possible to apply to EBS up to two years in advance. Moreover, there are no application deadlines at EBS. In other words, you can apply to us whenever you want.

What happens after your online-application
EBS Universität conducts a holistic selection process in which various criteria are evaluated in the context of your overall profile, professional experience and background. The selection process comprises the following steps:
- After receiving your online application, we will check your documents for completeness and contact you if we have any questions.
- Following this, we will arrange an appointment with you within a few days for the selection interview, which can be conducted online. You will receive an email with a booking link or will be contacted directly by one of our study advisors to arrange an appointment.
- As soon as the appointment has been made, you will receive further information on any outstanding tests, depending on the chosen degree programme. You can complete the tests from the comfort of your own computer at home.
- As soon as everything has been completed, we will inform you of your results within 2-3 days.
- If you are accepted for a place at EBS, you will receive your study contract. Please sign and return it to us within the specified deadline. This is also done completely digitally.
As soon as we have received your signed contract, you are enrolled and your study place is secured.
