The iconic hotel "Schwan" (German word for swan) in Oestrich-Winkel now offers students of EBS Universität a new opportunity for accommodation. With its idyllic location overlooking the Rhine, enchanting architecture and rich history dating back to 1628, the Swan has long been one of the most prestigious hotels in the Rheingau region. Now it offers EBS students a new home. Located less than two kilometres from the EBS campus, it is ideally situated centrally and all the services of daily life are within walking distance.

The apartments are tastefully furnished and include a kitchenette and modern bathroom from EUR 190 per week. Heating, electricity and internet are included, as well as a weekly cleaning service for your convenience.
