For a strong Europe. The EBS European Institute is committed to making a contribution to increasing the economic stability of Europe. It addresses pressing economic, legal and political issues. To this end, the Institute combines the European-oriented activities in research, teaching, further education and consulting of all three schools - EBS Business School, EBS Law School and EBS Executive School. It will officially launch in winter 2023.

Director of Corporate Relations
We think and act beyond national borders in order to make informed decisions in a globalised world. EBS recognised this early on. Since our founding in 1971 as the European Business School, we have made the European idea the focus of our research and teaching. The EBS European Institute now makes this orientation widely visible and bundles the Europe-centred activities in one institute. The interdisciplinary findings developed here contribute to making the economy in Europe stable and fit for the future. With the EBS European Institute, we think business, law and politics together, combine activities and solutions with each other and sharpen the view of the next generation of managers for the European perspective.
As a think tank, the EBS European Institute adresses the major issues and challenges in Europe. It is a forum for people who care about the future of Europe. It connects protagonists from industry and science as well as institutions in order to create a common European awareness. The Institute detects significant trends and passes on impulses derived from research and teaching to industry. Europe's future leaders are equipped with all the skills required to make a difference and lead Europe responsibly, courageously and innvoatively into the future.
The EBS European Institute aims to connect internationally acting top executives from different industy sectors. The objective is to jointly develop innovative solutions for European challenges, for instance in the energy security or digital transformation sectors. Both research and teaching are interdisciplinary and span the fields of economics, law and politics. The concept of approaching issues from a European perspective is always incorporated into our students' education and training. The EBS European Institute aims to support particularly talented students through scholarships.
Our mission as a private university with international aspirations is to combine our strengths and make a substantial contribution to economic stability in Europe. That is why the EBS European Institut is a passionate matter for me.
When it comes to competitiveness, nothing less is at stake than our future prosperity. Europe has lost a massive amount of competitiveness in recent years. We now urgently need a political turnaround. Competitiveness must once again become a top priority.
Europe needs excellently educated people in all positions to be able to survive in global competition. The EBS European Institute makes an important contribution to the promotion of talent and creates a think tank for the challenges Europe faces in the future. Europe and our economy will benefit enormously from this.
We would be happy to inform you about the current projects and events of the EBS European Institute and how you can become a sponsor.
The EBS European Institute keeps track of the urgent European questions of our time. Research focuses on topics such as sustainable leadership, new work, social business or impact investments. All research activities are practice-oriented and designed in such a way that business can make direct use of the results.
In addition, all findings are directly included in the curricula and continuing education programmes of EBS Universität. The fields of law, economics and politics are closely interlinked at EBS European Institute. The new degree programme Law, Politics & Economics is a manifestation of this interdisciplinary approach and underpins our practical orientation in teaching. Our aim is to train and develop leaders who will shape the Europe of tomorrow with courage, responsibility and vision. To this end, we must pave the way for law, economics and politics.
