The first days of your studies are essential and often shape the next few years. Therefore, the studies at EBS Business School start with a real highlight: the Onboarding Project.

In addition to introducing students to their studies with a practical task (a fictitious company start-up), the goal of onboarding is to get to know fellow students and life at EBS. Our first-semester students have their own contact persons from the upper semesters who answer their questions directly and support them during their first time at EBS. In the randomly assigned groups, friendships are formed, which are strengthened by excursions and joint evening events during the first weeks.
