The founding idea of EBS Universität was to offer students an international education in close cooperation with partners from the world of business. From very early on, EBS thus paved the way for a new generation of leaders: courageous, committed, cosmopolitan and, not least, empathetic.
Upon graduating, Kai-Uwe Ricke built up a mobile communications company and after seven years was handed overall responsibility for the mobile communications business at Deutsche Telekom. A few years later, he was appointed CEO of the company. He knows what it means to be the leader of a company with tens of thousands of employees. Nowadays, he teaches people how to find themselves and lead a better life.
